摘要
本文在结合“磁石点”理论与“ABC 分类法”理论的基础上,对卜蜂莲花花都店的陈列模式进行研究,对卜蜂莲花花都店现有的陈列模式存在的问题进行分析,并提出了自己的解决思路。并在这个过程中,总结出了超市一般的陈列模式。希望其能对超市从业者在商品陈列问题上提供解决问题的思路。
超市大卖场的库存与一般企业的库存存在一个明显的区别,其库存主要分为三个重要部分:一是陈列库存、二是顶端库存、三是后仓库存。陈列面作为超市首选的库存区域,占到一个部门整体库存的60%以上。陈列对于超市大卖场,必须同时完成两个重要职能,即展示及库存功能。此处我们将运用基于销售分析的ABC 分类法进行分类。
超市大卖场的陈列区域的功能性是有区别的,对于超市大卖场来说,陈列区域最重要的资源之一,所以对于超市大卖场,必须对超市的各个区域进行一个分类,分出不同区域的功能及价值。此处我们通过“磁石点”的方法,对研究对象进行区域的分类,并分析其功能与作用。
本文主要是针对卜蜂莲花连锁超市有限公司花都店的陈列模式进行分析与验证的,通过ABC分类法,以及对“磁石点”运用,总结出超市大卖场的陈列的模式,并对卜蜂莲花的陈列提出建议。

Abstract
In this paper,on the basis of the "Magnetic Theory" and the" ABC classification theory" to analyze the problems of the current display mode of the C.P. Lotus Huadu store. put forward the ideas of their own solutions. In this process, summed up the general supermarket display mode. Hope provide solutions to those problems to supermarket practitioners in the display of goods on the issue.
Exists a clear difference between the stock inventory of the general business of the supermarket, and its stock is divided into three main parts: First, display the inventory, the top stock after the warehouse deposit. Display surface as a supermarket preferred stock area,accounted for more than 60% of the overall inventory of a department. Display for supermarket must also complete two important functions, the display and inventory functions. Here will use the ABC classification theory to analysis.
the display area is one of the region's most important resource to the supermarket ,various of the supermarket area for a classification is very important, separate the different area the function and its value. we use "Magnetic Theory" to classific the area, and to analyze its function and role.
In this paper, Charoen Lotus Supermarket Chain Store Co., Ltd. Huadu shop display mode analysis and verification by "ABC classification theory" as well as the use of the "Magnetic Theory", at last summed up the display mode of the supermarkets, and offers a display of recommendations.
