摘要:旅行社是旅游行业中的主体,许多经营消费都从旅行社直接产生,在我国,大大小小的旅行社遍布各地城市,由于其规模的不同,其发展状况也不一样。本文从旅行社规模、旅行社内部管理机制、旅行社外部市场竞争、人力资源等不同方面分析我国旅行社的发展现状,并以广之旅作为案例,得出我国旅行社在发展经营中普遍存在的突出问题做为参考。根据分析所得出的问题,结合现在旅游业的发展实际情况和社会的实际情况,提出相应的对策,为我国旅行社今后的发展提出参考意见。

Abstract:In this paper, I started with the Travel Service, which is a very important subject among Tourism industry. A lot of consumption activities are produced directly by Travel Service. In China, there are plenty of different tour companies in different cites. Also, the development models are different according to their scale. I will discuss the current situation of Travel Service with different models to draw a conclusion which is about how to solve the different problems and be more competitive in tourism industry with the combination of our existing resources and circumstances. In addition, many other aspects were involved. Such as the internal management mechanism, market competition and talent analysis. Thanks to the E-commerce, tour industry has found its way to bloom, therefore, E-commerce will be another important involved issue of all.

本文在借鉴国内外关于旅行社的研究成果的基础上,针对我国旅行社在发展中存在的问题,提出我国旅行社合理发展的策略,为我国旅行社的发展提出看法,进一步丰富了我国旅行社发展策略的理论研究。此外通过分析我国旅行社发展现状,发现我国旅行社在发展的过程中出现了很多问题,如:一部分中小型旅行社综合实力弱;许多旅行社存在内部管理机制不健全的问题;人才流失严重成趋势等,针对这些问题,在结合实践经验的基础上,根据实际,得出一些针对性的发展对策。如:走专业化的发展道路;加强旅行社的内部管理;采取奖励机制留住和吸纳人才;运用网络技术促进旅行社发展等,这些对策的提出依据于我国旅行社的实际发展状况,因此对于旅行社的实践发展也具有一定的参考价值。希望通过理论和实践的结合,为我国旅行社的健康发展提供参考意见和建议。当然,这并不意味着只要旅行社加大投入按照这些对策进行就可以发展起来,这当中还涉及到市场和消费者等其他方面的要素,需要具体分析形势。只有这样,结合时代的发展,再根据实际情况才有可能使得旅行社在激烈的旅游市场竞争中取得胜利。
