摘要:通过文献资料查阅、问卷调查和数理统计等方法;对南京市羽毛球俱乐部的资源规模和经营状况进行分析:结果显示:南京市经营性羽毛球俱乐部以发展会员为主要经营模式,半数以上的俱乐部内有专门的陪练,基本能够满足爱好者的需要,俱乐部的训练情况也比较正规,达到较高水平。但是,半数俱乐部活动单一,缺乏专门的管理人才,有良好的营销手段等一系列问题。本文针对南京市经营性羽毛球俱乐部营销手段存在的问题,提出了相应的对策和建议,为培育,开发和更好的发展南京市经营性羽毛球俱乐部提供一定的理论依据和实践意义,为行业的现实经营者和潜在的经营者提供资料。

Abstract: This paper analyses the size and operation of badminton clubs in Suzhou based on literature review, questionnaire and statistics. Results indicate that clubs take developing membership as their major business pattern. More than half of the clubs provide trainers for their clients, which can basically meet the needs of badminton devotees. Besides, the training of clubs is fairly standard with a moderately high level.
