[摘要] 秘书与领导是一对具有决定性作用的共同存在体,有领导的存在才有秘书的存在;没有领导的存在,秘书也就失去了其存在的意义。因此,秘书的人际关系中最本质和最重要的关系就是其与领导的关系。而在一个企业或者政府部门当中,处在管理层的秘书人员往往会面对不同的领导,不仅仅只为一位领导服务,有主管部门的上司,也有其他部门的领导,与领导班子成员之间到底是一种什么样的关系?又该怎样处理这种关系使得领导班子配合默契,提高工作效率?本文试图从秘书与领导相处的角度提出秘书与领导是一种等距关系。并从“等距”的内涵,为什么要“等距”以及怎样保持“等距”关系这三个方面研究秘书与领导的“等距”关系。希望秘书人员在今后的工作中能够坚持等距原则,更好地为领导服务,提高整个组织单位的目标。

[Abstract]The secretary and leadership is a pair of has played a key role in together body, have leadership exist until the existence of a secretary; Not the existence of leadership, the secretary will lose its the meaning of existence. Therefore, the secretary of the interpersonal relationship in the essence and the most important relationship is with the leadership of the relationship. And in an enterprise or the government department of management in the secretarial staff will face different leadership often, not only for a leading service, have department supervisor, also have other department of leadership, and the leadership of the members exactly is a kind of what kind of relationship? And how to deal with the relationship makes leadership coordination tacit understanding, improve work efficiency? This paper tries to get along with leadership from the secretary of the secretary and put forward the leadership is a kind of isometric relationship. And from "isometric" content, why "offset" and how to keep the "offset" relationship between the three aspects of the secretary and leadership research "offset" relationship.
