[摘要]在经济飞速发展的今天,秘书作为领导、上司的参谋和助手,已日益成为现代决策体制和管理体制中不可或缺的重要力量。然而,当下社会公众对秘书角色认知却不够准确。本文就社会对秘书角色的认知偏差的表现,认知偏差产生的原因,对秘书角色的重新认识及如何改善传统认知提出了个人的看法,希望有助于社会公众对秘书角色的重新认识,促进我国秘书行业的良性发展。

[Abstract] With the rapid economic development, the secretary as an assistant and a staff officer of the boss , has increasingly become an indispensable force in the modern decision-making and management system. However, the current awareness of the public on the secretary role is not accurate enough. In this paper, I talk about the people’s cognitive biases to the role of secretary , the causes of cognitive biases, the new understanding of secretary role and how to improve people’s traditional view to secretary. I hope this paper can help the public have a new understanding to secretary and promote China’s Secretary Industry a promising future.

随着社会经济的飞速发展和企业竞争的日益加剧,秘书工作的重要性越来越不容忽视,秘书这一职位的设置已成为企事业单位不可或缺的一部分。据不完全统计,目前我国的秘书从业人员达2300万人,秘书职业成为职场上供需两旺的人才需求热点。社会对秘书角色的认识对秘书的自我认知以及秘书行业的发展有重大影响,然而现在社会公众对秘书不够准确,秘书人员日渐演变为领导的“左膀右臂”,秘书这一行业也如雨后春笋般崛起,这就要求人们颠覆对秘书行业的传统认识。本文就社会对秘书角色的认知偏差及对秘书角色的重新认知发表了个人观点。
