[摘要] 作为秘书,必须与周围的人保持良好的人际关系,这对于做好秘书工作十分重要。现代秘书人际交往能力普遍提高,但部分秘书与人交往时容易进入误区。秘书在处理人际关系时应遵循一定的方法和技巧,只有这样才能促进事业的成功,实现自我价值,增强群体的凝聚力,才能推动单位健康有益的发展。本文从秘书人际关系的重要性出发,首先阐述了秘书人际关系的重要性,良好的人际交往有助于秘书的身心健康,也有利于秘书开展工作营造轻松和谐的工作氛围。然后讨论了现代社会秘书在人际交往中出现的问题和缺陷,并分析了原因,这些原因主要分为内在因素和外在因素。外在因素包括不良的社会风气、单位缺乏引导教育等。内在因素主要包括秘书综合素质的匮乏和自身的一些心理障碍。最后通过对原因的分析,探讨了秘书该如何与上级、同级、下级相处,每点分别从三个方面进行论述。文章结尾由秘书如何与上级、同级、下级相处的方法进行升华,探讨了秘书协调好人际关系的几个技巧,为从事秘书的工作人员提供参考和借鉴,从而形成一种良好的人际交往环境。

[Abstract] As secretaries must maintain the good interpersonal relationship with the periphery person,this regarding completes secretary to work very importantly.Though there is general improvement in interpersonal skills among today's secretaries,they must be mindful of grey areas.Secretary when processing interpersonal relationship should follow certain method and the skills,only can they promote enterprise's success,realize the self-value,the enhancement community's cohesive force,can promote the unite health beneficial development.This article starting form the importance of a secretary's personal relationship.Good personal relationship contribute to the secretary of the physical and mental health,but also conducive to the secretary of the work to create a relaxed and harmonious working atmosphere.Then elaborated the modern social secretary interpersonal problems and defects,and analized the reason.These reasons are divided into the internal factors and external factors.External factors ,including poor social climate ,units of the lack of guidance and education.The internal factors include the secretary of the lack of comprehensive quality and some psychological barriers.Finally,through the analysis of the causes,we discuss how the secretary get along with the superiors,colleagues and subordinates,points were discussed from three aspects.The end of the article integrated the method of how to get along with the superiors,colleagues and subordinates,and then explore a few tips of the secretary how to interpersonal relationship,providing a reference for secretary.And then to develop a good interpersonal environment.
