摘要:研究不同浓度的铜胁迫对大豆种子的萌发及抗氧化活性的影响。[方法]设置0、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0 m mol/L六个铜浓度,进行大豆种子的萌发实验。通过测定大豆种子萌发率、 幼根长、幼叶叶绿素含量、幼根丙二醛含量及抗氧化酶SOD活性来研究铜胁迫对大豆种子萌发及抗氧化的影响。[结果] 1.0 m mol/L以上浓度铜处理,显著降低大豆种子的萌发率、幼根长、幼叶叶绿素含量及生物量;同时显著提高幼根丙二醛含量及POD活性。0.5mmol/L铜处理能显著降低幼根长和幼叶叶绿素含量,但对幼根丙二醛含量和POD活性及幼苗生物量没有显著性影响。8 m mol/L铜胁迫下大豆种子萌发率低于50%。[结论] 1mmol/L以上铜浓度显著抑制大豆种子萌发及抗氧化酶POD活性,8mmol/L 铜浓度为抑制大豆种子萌发的致死浓度。

[ABSTRACT]: [Objective] To study the effects of copper stress on soybean seeds Germination and antioxidant activity. [Methods] Six copper concentrations at 0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 8.0 m mol/L were selected to research the germination of soybean seeds. The index of germination rate, radicle length, spire chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde(MDA) content and radical POD activities were determined and analysed. [Result] The soybean seeds germination rate, radicle length, spire chlorophyll content and biomass were obviously reduced at above 1.0 m mol/L copper concentrations, while MDA content and POD activities were significantly increased. 0.5 m mol/L copper stress significantly reduced the radical length and spire chlorophyll content, but has no remarkable effects on radicle MDA content, POD activities and seedling biomass. The soybean seeds germination rate was lower than 50 percent under 8m mol/L copper stress. [Conclusion] The soybean seeds germination rate and POD activites were significantly inhibited under above 1 mmol / L copper stress. 8 mmol / L was the lethal copper concentration for soybean seed germination.
