摘要:大学生是社会的重要群体,祖国未来建设的中坚力量。但是在论文压力、就业压力等许多问题面前,大学生抑郁、烦恼甚至跳楼自杀等事件此起彼伏。大学生群体的生活质量和心理健康越来越受到关注,大学生的主观幸福感问题也日渐引起教育工作者以及众多学者的研究与探讨。
本文采取实证研究方法,以花都区高校大学生为研究对象,采用Ed Diener等人编制的《国际大学调查》量表并且结合花都区高校大学生的基本情况修订的主观幸福感量表研究工具,探讨高校大学生主观幸福感的结构和现状,并且进一步探究不同的人口统计学变量对大学生主观幸福感的影响。本文选取广州市花都区3所高校大学生232名,共发放204份问卷,有效回收190份问卷,并且通过SPSS统计软件进行数据分析,其中男生89名,女生101名。结果得出,结果表明:(1)花都区高校大学生总体主观幸福感水平处于中上水平;(2)不同个体特征的大学生,其主观幸福感存在差异。在总体主观幸福感因子存在差异的方面有性别、年级和专业;在总体生活满意度因子存在差异的方面有家庭经济状况、年级和居住地;在积极情绪因子存在差异的方面有性别、家庭经济状况、年级、居住地和独生;消极情绪因子不存在显著的统计学差异。

Abstract:Students as an important group in today's society, the backbone of the motherland's future development. However, the pressure in the paper, the employment pressure in front of many of the problems, college students, depression, worry and even suicide and other killings. College students and mental health quality of life more and more be attended, the subjective well-being problem of the students are increasingly aroused the educators and scholars to study and research.
This empirical research methods adopt the college students of Huadu District as objects, with the "International University survey" scale which compiled by Ed Diener and others, and the combination of Huadu District, the basic situation of university students in the revised subjective SWB research tools to explore the college students the structure of subjective well-being and status, and further explore the different demographic variables on subjective well being. This paper selects the Huadu District of Guangzhou, about 232 college students, 204 questionnaires were distributed, 190 were returned valid questionnaires, and through the SPSS statistical software for data analysis, in which 89 boys and girls 101. The results obtained, the results show that: (1) college students of Huadu District, the overall level of subjective well-being in the middle and upper levels; (2) the individual characteristics of students, differences in subjective well-being. In general the subjective well-being factor differences have sex, grade and professional. Factor in the overall life satisfaction are different dimensions of family economic status, year and place of residence; differences in positive emotional factor in the dimension of gender, economic status, grade, place of residence and only child; negative emotions factor does not exist statistically significant difference.
