摘要:小学语文教师的文化素养直接影响着语文文本的解读深度,语文学科的发展走向以及学生的各种素养的培养与生成。人们在不同时期从多角度对小学语文教师的基本素养提出了要求,但普遍缺乏系统性、文化性与现实指导意义。为帮助小学语文教师明确职业发展方向,打开教学视野,本文拟在文献研究和分析的基础上,结合自身学习实践经验及对许多校长、教师的访谈,对小学语文教师的文化素养进行新的建构。针对新课改提出的要求及小学语文教师文化素养的现状分析,笔者认为小学语文教师应努力扩充自己的文化知识,提高对文化的敏感和文化表达能力,将语文教学置于广阔的文化背景下进行。而提升小学语文教师的文化素养,需教师自身的不断努力,同时还要不断优化师范生课程、完善教师培养制度,创造一个良好的教学探究的氛围。

Abstract:Primary school Chinese teachers' cultural literacy directly affect the Chinese text reading depth, the language discipline, the development trend and the cultivation of students' various literacy and generated. People in different period from the multi-angles have put forward the basic literacy demand of primary school Chinese teachers, but these are in lack of systematic, culture and realistic significance. To help primary language teachers to make clear the professional development direction, this article will put forward the new construction for elementary school teachers of Chinese language cultural literacy .According to the current cultural literacy requirements of the new curriculum reform, the author thinks that primary school language teachers should try to expand their cultural knowledge, improving cultural perception and cultural expression ability, which will help them teach Chinese in the broader culture background. To enhance the cultural literacy, teachers should make continuous efforts by constantly optimizing the normal course, perfecting the teacher training system in order to create a good teaching explore atmosphere.

小学语文学科具有文学性、文化性,对小学生的语文学习、语言习惯的养成起到至关重要的启蒙作用。然而长期以来人们对小学语文学科的重要性认识不足,对小学语文教师的文化素养要求普遍偏低,甚至放任自流。随着对小学语文学科认识的加深和新课改的推进,小学语文教师的文化素养的不足逐渐凸显,人们从不同角度对小学语文教师的文化素养提出了新的要求,但普遍存在系统性缺失,现实指导意义不强等问题。
小学语文教师的文化素养高低直接影响着课堂的深度与广度,关乎语言、文化的传承乃至整个国民教育。小学语文教师文化素养的高低,也影响着他在学生心目中的地位与影响力,及学生的各种素养的培养与生成。因此,现代小学语文教师应具备怎样的文化素养,是一个值得探究的问题。作为一名小学语文教师,应正视新课改发展对小学语文教师提出的新要求,将小学语文学科置于文化情境之中,重新思考小学语文教师应具备的文化素养。
