摘要:合作学习是国家基础教育课程改革所强调和提倡的新型学习方式之一,是新课改的一个亮点。在新课改的学习方式变革中,教师目前使用最多的合作学习方式就是“小组合作学习”。但是,随着课程改革的不断深入和合作学习方式的逐渐推广,新的问题不断产生。为了改善“小组合作学习”在实际教学运用中的效果,本文拟在文献研究和分析的基础上,结合自身学习及教学实践,从小学课堂教学切入,通过对“小组合作学习”在当今教育领域面临的实践现状的境遇分析,从教师、学生、教育资源三方面因素反思并分析影响“小组合作学习”低效的原因,进而尝试提出课堂有效“小组合作学习”的几点建议。

Abstract:Cooperative learning is the new learning style which is emphasized and advocated by the national basic education curriculum reform, and it is the new point of the new curriculum reform. Under the change of learning style of the new curriculum reform, the “group cooperative learning” is mostly used by the teachers recently. But, as the development of the curriculum reform and the promotion of the cooperative, new problems continue to arrive. In order to improve “group cooperative learning” in practical teaching, this research is based on literature research and analysis, with the combination of my own learning and teaching practice, and analyses the practical plight of today’s group cooperative learning in the education fields by the primary class teaching. By reflecting and analyzing the reasons which influence the inefficiency of the group cooperative learning from three factors, teachers, students and the current education resources, trying to find the way to discuss the questions, then propose some suggestions about the effective group cooperative learning in the class teaching.

本文的研究,旨在突出小组合作学习在小学课堂教学中的重要地位,并改善小组合作学习在实际教学运用中的效果。为达至此目的,本论文拟重点考察以下三个方面的内容:
第一部分析新课改背景下小学课堂“小组合作学习”面临的实践现状。
结合实习过程中所观察到的“小组合作学习”在课堂中运用低效的现象,列举并通过实例加以分析,提出“小组合作学习”在小学课堂中运用存在的问题。
第二部分讨论小学课堂“小组合作学习”低效的原因。
结合大量的课堂观察和访谈分析小学英语课堂教学低效的原因,主要从教师、学生和教育资源三方面加以分析。
第三部分尝试提出“小组合作学习”在教学中有效运用的几点建议。
总结上述研究,并对如何更好地应用“小组合作学习”提出建议,以期获得更好的实施效果。
