摘要:本研究采用同伴提名法选取一名被忽视幼儿作为个案研究对象,通过观察法、访谈法了解该幼儿的行为表现、家庭背景及人际关系,深入分析个案幼儿被忽视的原因,并提出了相应的教育策略。

Abstract:The method of the research is that an ignored child was chose by Peer Nomination as an individual case. We learned the child's behavior, family background and interpersonal relationship by using the observation method and interview. Through the methods mentioned above, we made a further analysis on cause of the ignored child and corresponding education strategies have been put forward.

在幼儿园中,每个班级都存在着被忽视的幼儿。庞丽娟在1990年调查中发现,被忽视幼儿在班级群体中占19.4%;刘晶波在1992年调查发现有的班级中被忽视幼儿已经达到22%[1]。从儿童心理学发展角度来说,被忽视幼儿在人际交往中处于被动状态,多表现出害羞、退缩、自卑,在学习能力与交往能力中比较弱,从而影响到幼儿的社会性发展。导致幼儿被忽视的原因很多,作为教育者应针对各种因素采取有效的教育措施。
