Abstract:Under the rapid globalization, the communication between countries becomes more and more frequent. Besides,national culture also gradually spread to other countries and regions. As wine is the symbol of the culture, more and more people pay close attention to this. And more and more researches are carried out to study the difference between Chinese wine culture and American wine culture, including the ingredients, wine instrument, drinking way, category and wine customs. It has been thousands of years for Chinese and American to drink wine, Chinese and American have developed their own wine culture.
This study analyzes the differences of wine culture from the perspective of dietetic aesthetics. The dietetic aesthetics is a human activity related to the sociology, psychology, culture and so on. With the difference on the origin of wine, the religion faith and culture images, the wine is appreciated differently in the two countries. Through comparing the difference between Chinese and Western wine culture we hope we can perform the unique charm of Chinese and Amrican wine culture and make more and more people in the world understand and enjoy the Chinese and American wine culture. Moreover, the purpose of this study also help to achieve the purpose of the cross-culture communication and provide some insights and convenience for further study.

摘要:随着经济的快速发展,国家间的距离逐渐拉近,国际间的交流与合作也越来越多,各国的文化也逐渐渗透到其他国家和地区,作为饮食文化中的饮酒文化也受到了越来越多人的关注,因而越来越多人开始研究中国和美国酒文化的差异,其中包括对其原料、酒器、饮酒方式、种类以及饮酒礼仪的研究。经过几千年的发展,中国和美国各自已经形成了自身独特的饮酒文化。
在本次研究中,我们从饮食美学的角度对中美酒文化差别进行分析,饮食美学涉及到社交,心理学,文化等方面的人类活动。酒的起源,宗教信仰,文化现象的不同决定着中美两国酒文化的差异。希望本研究通过比较中美饮酒文化差异,能更好地发展酒文化,彰显中美酒文化各自的独特魅力,从而使世界更多的人了解中美的酒文化,欣赏中美的酒文化。与此同时达到跨国文化交流的目的,为今后的学习提供一些见解和便利。
