Abstract:Western countries have their self-contained food culture, while, so do China, and it also has its own unique and nice food culture. However, a phenomenon which cannot be neglected is that at present foreign snacks and western food can be seen anywhere in China, apart from the traditional Chinese style of cooking and folk snacks. The diet style, cuisine thought, food characteristics and eating tools of western countries are all gradually penetrated into Chinese food culture. Therefore, it is necessary to make a discussion on the influence of western food culture on China, and for this research, we should hold a correct attitude. Because of this, this paper analyses the influence of western food culture on Chinese food culture as well as our attitudes toward such effect. Nowadays, the relationship between west and east is becoming closing, it is supposed to increase people’s knowledge on Chinese and western food culture, and we are not only need to develop our culture, but also need to accept the foreign cultures through the research of this paper to further promote the development of cross-culture communication.

摘要:西方国家有自成体系的饮食文化,中国也有自己独特丰富的饮食文化。然而,一个现象不容忽视:今天的中国除了有传统特色的菜系和民间小吃以外,洋快餐和西餐在中国也随处可见。西方的饮食方式, 饮食思想, 饮食特色, 饮食工具等都在潜移默化的渗入中国饮食文化。为此,有必要对西方饮食文化对中国的影响进行探讨,研究我们应对此持有的正确态度。鉴于此,本文分析了西方饮食文化对中国饮食文化的影响以及面对此影响,我们应采取的态度。在中西方交流密切的今天,希望通过本文的研究能够加深大家对中西方饮食文化的认识,在秉承中国传统饮食文化的基础上,对西方饮食文化抱以接受包容的态度,进一步了解,促进跨文化交流的发展。
