Abstract : Business negatiations are a vital part in business activities, especially the business in our world become more globle. And the language used in business negotiations have a great effect on deciding whether the business succeed or not. The conversations in business negotiations do not like conversations among people’s everyday life. The language that negotiators use is an art. So negotiators must have acute language awareness, otherwise a cooperative project may be fail through one or two sentences. Through language, negotiators can know the oposite’s attitude, view, psychological situation. And negotiators can plan their next step better, keep the negotiation go smoothly and obtain a result that is benefit for themsevles. In order to know more about the lingusitic art in business negotiations, this thesis will mainly analysis language in business negotiaitons through the intonation of negotiators, the evaluative words and the vagueness used by negotiators.

摘要:商务谈判在商业活动中是一个很重要的部分,尤其现在的经济行业越来越全球化。而在商务谈判中,谈判者对语言的运用在决定谈判成败中具有巨大影响。商务谈判中的对话并不像人们日常生活中的对话那么简单,谈判者在谈判过程中使用的语言是一门艺术。所以谈判者不能没有敏锐的语言意识,不然一个合作项目可以就在一两句对话中通过语言,谈判者可以了解到对方的态度,看法和心理状态,并由此来更好地计划下一步以使谈判顺利完成,达到利于己方的结果。为了更了解商务谈判中的语言艺术,这篇文章会主要从谈判者的音调,谈判者所用的和模糊用语去分析商务谈判中的语言艺术。
