Abstract:Along with the development of the new curriculum reform, the reform of the classroom management is also a key point. Managing the content of the management, management methods and other aspects is regarded as an increasing attention. This paper aims at analyzing the Chinese English classroom management from some aspects of the deficiency, comparative analysis of China and Thailand in English classroom management and individual character. First of all, this article presents the problems of classroom management in China, and then compares it with Thailand’s classroom management, by the analysis of the questionnaire, summarizing information, reorganizing data to obtain suggestions and comments. The methods of classroom management are “Effective Management”, “Harmonious Relationship” and “Common Expectation”. By the analysis of these suggestions and comments are helpful for improving the teachers’ professional quality and the professional level; building the active and harmonious class atmosphere for students and mobilizing students’ learning initiative. Meanwhile, it is positive significance for promoting the development of Chinese English teaching and improving the English teaching level.

摘要: 随着课程改革的不断推进,课堂管理的改革也作为了改革的重点。管理的内容,管理的方法等各个方面日渐备受关注。本文针对当前中国初中英语课堂管理方面的一些不足之处,对比分析中国和泰国在初中英语课堂管理方面存在的一些共性和个性的问题。首先通过了解中国英语课堂管理中的问题,再与泰国英语课堂管理做一定的比较,最后通过分析问卷,综合信息,整理数据得到关于课堂管理的建议和意见,即有效的管理,和谐的关系,共同的期望。而这些建议和意见有助于提高教师的业务素质和职业化水平;有利于营造积极和谐的课堂气氛和调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,同时对促进中国英语教学的发展,提高中国的英语教学水平有一定的积极意义。
