Abstract: Learning a foreign language is not an easy and simple job, sometimes it is boring and dull. Interest is the best teacher. Thus how to make students interested in English learning is very important. The paper mainly analyses the characteristics of learning interest and focuses on the general state of English learning interest in the rural primary schools.
