摘要:丰田发明的“丰田生产方式”(Toyota Production System,TPS),已经被公认为世界上成功的生产方式,其精益生产制造理念,带动了全球几乎所有的制造企业转型,它们竞相采取丰田的制造与供应链管理理念及方法,学习研究后,分别对自己的公司内部、外部进行改善,以提高生产效率,降低成本,增加企业的效益及巩固自己在市场竞争中的地位。
本文以神华集团公司为例,说明TPS理论在企业中的应用,由分析企业生产管理的现状及存在的问题着手,进而应用TPS理论对生产管理中的自动化系统进行改善。改善包括水源井自动化系统的改善、综合调度自动化安防系统的改善、加压泵站自动化系统的改善,并对水源井自动化系统改善后的效益以及综合调度自动化安防系统改善后的效益进行分析,最后得出结论并展望。

ABSTRACT:The "Toyota Production System" invented by the Toyota has been recognized as the world's successful production. The concept of Lean Manufacturing leads the global transformation of most of manufacturing companies. They take Toyota's manufacturing and supply chain management concept and method to achieve their own internal and external improvement. Eventually, it can improve production efficiency, reduce costs and increase the efficiency of enterprises and also strengthen their competitive position in the market.
This paper studies the application of TPS theory in enterprises by the example of Shenhua Group Corporation. It improves production management automation system based on TPS through the analysis of the current situation of production management and problems. The improvements includes the water source well automation system improvement, integrated dispatching automation security system improvement and pressure pumping station automation system improvement. Furthermore, it analyzes the improved efficiency of the water source well automation system and the improved benefits of the comprehensive dispatching automation system. Finally, it draws the conclusion and outlook.

公司自动化系统改善建设完成后,在生产调度管理中心操作人员通过相应的权限能够进行实时监测、监视,并能够实现无人值守。实现数据采集、生产调度、决策指挥的信息化、科学化,为供水供电安全生产、有效预防和及时处理各种突发事故和自然灾害,提供有效手段,为公司信息化的应用和发展奠定基础。
学习、效仿、实施丰田生产方式,应脚踏实地,从最基本的开始,从学习和实践基础工业工程开始。通过学习并应用TPS理论,运用其手段到生产管理中,持续改善,减少浪费,标准化作业、自动化生产,要充分发挥人的能力,提高劳动价值。宁煤集团公司充分认识到这一点,在各个厂进行TPS改善,定期进行成果展示,提高所有员工工作的热情,真正发挥领导作用,全员参与,以流程为导向,系统化管理,持续改善。其实,降成本、增效益,正寓于每一项工作的每一个角落、每一个环节、每一个细微之处,在这司空见惯的细微中,蕴藏着尚未挖掘的巨大的未知效益,未来还需继续以TPS的设计思想贯彻始终,奠定系统可靠性和经济性的基础。
