摘要:以乙烯-正丁基丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(PTW)、SEBS-g-GMA、乙烯-正丁基丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物和醇改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复合相容剂、高含量丁二烯接枝苯乙烯共聚物(HBS)作为相容剂对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)共混物进行改性研究。研究表明:这几种相容剂对合金的冲击强度都有所提高,且拉伸强度都有所下降。其中HBS的效果最明显,当加入15份HBS时,冲击强度从3.46KJ/m2提高到7.60KJ/m2;SEBS-g-GMA可以减小分子链的刚性,当加入3份SEBS-g-GMA时,拉伸强度从47.24MPa降低到42.93MPa,弯曲强度从66.97MPa降低到64.06MPa。

Abstract:Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)copolymer/poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) blends were compatibilized and PTW、SEBS-g-GMA、PTW and PETG、high butadiene styrene copolymer (HBS) prepared as compatibilizer.Research showed that:These compatibilizers could make impact strength of the alloy are improved,and the tensile strength decreased.The effect of HBS was the most obvious,while adding 15wt% HBS,the impact strength was increased from 3.46KJ/m2 to7.60KJ/m2;SEBS-g-GMA could reduce the rigidity of molecular chain,while adding 3wt% SEBS-g-GMA,the tensile strength was reduced from 47.24MPa to 42.93MPa,and the bending strength was reduced from 66.97MPa to 64.06MPa.
