摘要:本论文通过由常规自由基聚合方法和原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)发法合成不同结构的支化聚苯乙烯(BPS),利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和多角度激光光散射仪(MALLS)等方法对合成的聚合物结构进行深入分析,并通过平板硫化机压片,利用旋转流变仪测其流变性能。通过对支化聚苯乙烯分子量、分子量分布、支化度、温度等的分析,研究支化结构对其流变性能的影响。研究表明:(1)支化聚苯乙烯的分子量越小、分子量分布越宽、温度越高,其复数粘度、储存模量、损耗模量就越小;(2)当支化聚苯乙烯的支链小于缠结所需长度时,支化度越高,其复数粘度、储存模量、损耗模量就越小;(3)支化聚苯乙烯的复数粘度随着角频率的减小几乎表现为一个定值,而储存模量和损耗模量随角频率的减小单调减小,从而验证了支化聚苯乙烯为刚性聚合物。

Abstract:In this study branched polystyrene(BPS)was prepared by conventional free radical polymerization and the atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP), conducted in-depth analysis of the synthetic polymer structure in the use of gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and multi-angle laser light scattering spectrometry (MALLS) and other methods,processed into slices by vulcanizing machine , and measured the rheological properties through the rheometer. In the analysis of molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, degree of branching, temperature and so on, study of the different branched structure of the rheological properties of branched polystyrene, several conclusions can been obtained: (1) Branched polystyrene, the smaller the molecular weight, the smaller molecular weight distribution width and the higher the temperature, the smaller the complex viscosity, storage modulus and loss modulus. (2) When the branched-chain of branched polystyrene is less than the entanglement of the desired length, the higher the degree, the smaller the complex viscosity, storage modulus and loss modulus. (3) The complex viscosity of branched polystyrene with the decrease of the angular frequency was almost a fixed value,but the storage modulus and loss modulus decreases monotonously with the decrease of the angular frequency, which verifies the branched polystyrene as a rigid polymer.
