摘要:我国钢铁厂每年都要产出大量含铁废水,若这些废水不经过净化处理排放到自然环境中,不仅造成金属资源的浪费,而且导致环境的污染。因此含铁废水的净化研究具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。
本文通过化学的方法净化含铁废水,采用氧化中和沉淀法和吸附沉淀法处理含铁废水,研究了氧化剂添加量、吸附剂添加量、pH值、反应温度、搅拌速度等因素对含铁废水净化除铁的影响。实验结果表明:利用氧化中和沉淀法除铁的最佳工艺条件:过氧化氢添加量为6 ml,温度为40 ℃,pH值为4.0,搅拌速度为250 r/min,净化处理后的除铁率可达99.95 %左右。利用氢氧化铁胶体吸附沉淀法除铁的最佳工艺条件:氢氧化铁胶体添加量为6 ml,温度为25 ℃,pH值为8.0,搅拌速度为150 r/min,净化处理后的除铁率可达99.97 %左右。
本研究结果可为含铁废水的净化提供技术支撑。通过比较两种实验方法可得出吸附沉淀法除铁效果比氧化中和沉淀法除铁效果好,并且吸附沉淀法是利用以废治废的方法,从而使得含铁废水达到更深一步的净化,降低废水对环境的污染。因此最佳的实验方案是氢氧化铁胶体吸附沉淀法除铁。

ABSTRACT:The annual steel factory in China to produce a great amount of wastewater containing iron, if these waste water without purification emissions into the environment, not only causes the metal in the waste of resources, but also leads to environmental pollution. Therefore, study on Purification of wastewater containing iron has important theoretical and practical significance.
This method of purification of iron by chemical wastewater, by oxidation and adsorption and precipitation of iron precipitation wastewater treatment, the amount of the oxidizing agent added, the amount of adsorbent added, pH, reaction temperature, stirring rate on iron water purification of iron. The experimental results showed that: the use of oxidation and precipitation of iron in the optimum conditions: hydrogen peroxide dosage 6 ml, temperature 40 ℃, pH value of 4.0, stirring speed of 250 r / min, except after purification rate of 99.95 percent iron around. The use of colloidal iron hydroxide precipitation of iron absorption optimum conditions: ferric hydroxide colloid dosage 6 ml, temperature 25 ℃, pH value of 8.0, stirring speed of 150 r / min, after purification in addition to iron rate of 99.97 percent.
The results of this study may be the purification of waste water containing iron to provide technical support. By comparing the two experimental methods can be drawn adsorption precipitation method is better than the oxidation of iron and iron precipitation effect and adsorption precipitation method is to use a method by Waste, which makes iron wastewater reaches deeper purification, reduce wastewater pollution of the environment. Therefore, the best solution is ferric hydroxide colloid experimental adsorption precipitation of iron.
