摘要:熔剂是高炉冶炼过程中的造渣物质。按其性质可分为碱性熔剂、中性熔剂和酸性熔剂三类。由于我国铁矿石的脉石成分绝大多数以SiO2为主,所以通常采用含有CaO和MgO的碱性熔剂。在烧结生产中加入熔剂,不仅可改善烧结过程,强化烧结,提高烧结矿质量、品质,而且可以向高炉提供高碱度的烧结矿。石灰石是烧结常用熔剂之一,而较为合适的粒度对于烧结料的矿化以及得到最优的高炉炉料,提高冶炼效率都有重要做用。烧结生产对熔剂的粒度有严格要求,一般要求0~3mm的含量应大于85%,小于3mm的必须大于90%,小于0.125mm的不超过20%。石灰石和白云石粒度应小于3mm,以保证在烧结过程中能充分分解和矿化。
本文在固定来源,固定粒度的石灰石基础上,着重研究了对于不合适石灰石粒度的加工工艺,对进厂石灰石(0~50mm)破碎筛分后达到符合生产指标要求的粒度(0~3mm)的工艺流程进行了论证设计。
本文设计使用的是一段式破碎筛分带检查筛分这种工艺流程,简单,高效,成品率高。熔剂处理系统作业率为76%,成品中0~3mm粒级含量为90%。

ABSTRACT:Flux is one of the slag forming substances in the process of blast furnace.It can be divided alkaline flux,neutral flux and acidic flux according to their nature.the gangue components of the iron ore in China contains a large amount of SiO2,so we usually use the alkaline flux contain CaO and MgO.Not only it can improve the sintering process, enhance sintering, improve sinter quality, but also can provide high alkalinity sinter to the blast furnace by adding flux in the sintering production.Limestone is one of the sintering flux commonly used,and the appropriate size has an important effect to the mineralization of sinter, getting the best blast furnace burden, improving smelting efficiency.Sintering production is strict with the granularity of flux,generally,we require the content of 0 ~ 3mm should be larger than 85%, less than 3mm must be larger than 90% and less than 0.125mm mustn`t be larger than 20%.The size of limestone and dolomite should be less than 3mm, to ensure that it can be fully decomposed and mineralization in the sintering process.
The article focuses on the inappropriate particle size of limestone for processing on the basis of the limestone with stationary source and fixed size.The design process was demonstrated in the limestone entering the factory (0 ~ 50mm) crushing and screening to meet our production targets required size (0 ~ 3mm).
The process we use is one-part form crushing and screening with examination screening,it is simple, efficient and high yield.The flux handling system operating rate is 76%,and the 0 ~ 3mm grain content in the end product is 90%.
