摘要:随着社会的高度发展,人们对物质的要求越来越高,有工业方面正向设计越来越 难解决现有的问题,那需要大量的精力和时间。面对这样的问题,人们经过一系列的 努力,通过很多的试验,人们发现逆向工程设计无论在时间或精力上都比正向设计方 便。因此,逆向工程设计随之产生。本文详细介绍了逆向工程的相关概念和相关知识。 逆向工程是针对一现有工件(样品或模型,尤其适合复杂不规则的自由曲面),利用 3D 数字化测量仪器准确、快速地测量出轮廓坐标值,并构建曲面,经编辑、修改后,将数 据转至一般的 CAD/CAM 系统,再由 CAM 所产生刀具的 NC 加工路径送至 CNC 加工制作所 需模具、或者用快速成型机(rapidprotyping)将样品模型制作出来,这一流程称为逆向 工程。
逆向工程技术是一门综合性技术包括:测量技术、数据处理技术、图形处理技术 和加工技术。每个环节都非常重要,每个环节的好坏直接影响到产品的质量。
本文先讲述汽车离合器盖数据采集,主要讲述数据采集的基本方法和数据采集的 具体步骤;然后使用 solidworks 软件来构建实体,构造好的实体后,分析实体的精 度。
