摘要:当今,随着高速公路路网的不断扩大、汽车车速的提高以及车流密度的增大,对 汽车制动系的工作可靠性要求显得日益重要。因为只有制动性能良好、制动系工作可 靠的汽车才能充分发挥其高速行驶的动力性能并保证行驶的安全性。由此可见,制动 系是汽车相当重要的组成部分,从而对汽车制动系的结构分析和设计计算也就显得非 常重要。
汽车制动器简单来讲,就是利用摩擦将动能转换成热能,使汽车失去动能而停止 下来。因此,散热对制动系统是十分重要的。如果制动系统经常处于高温状态,就会 阻碍能量的转换过程,造成制动性能下降。越是跑得快的汽车,制动起来所产生的热 量越大,对制动性能的影响也越大。解决好散热问题,对提高汽车的制动性能也就起 了事倍功半的作用。所以,现代轿车的车轮除了使用铝合金车圈来降低运行温度外, 还倾向于采用散热性能较好的盘式制动器。
本文全面、系统的介绍了轿车液压盘式制动器的设计过程。首先概述了盘式制动 器的结构,并简单描述了国内外的研究情况,在与鼓式制动器的对比中,选择了制动 系统的布置方案。其次选择了液压盘式制动器的结构型式,通过对盘式制动器的主要 参数进行选择、主要零部件的设计计算以及液压驱动型式的设计,完成了整个液压盘 式制动器的结构和尺寸计算。运用 AutoCAD2008 软件的辅助,绘制了制动盘、制动 钳的零件图和制动器的装配图。

Abstract: Today, with the highway road network continues to expand, increase in vehicle speed and traffic density increases, the work on the braking system reliability become increasingly important. Because only the braking performance good, reliable vehicle braking system to give full play to its high-speed dynamic performance and to ensure driving safety. This shows that the brake system is a very important part of vehicle, so the structure on the braking system analysis and design calculations are extremely important.
