摘 要:本设计的主要任务是设计年产量85万吨的电炉炼钢车间。采用2座50t高功率电弧炉冶炼,之后依次使用LF炉和VD炉进行精炼,最后使用连铸机获得钢坯。主要生产Q235碳素钢,并在设计过程中融入了废钢预热、偏心炉底出钢、水冷挂渣炉壁等目前较为流行的生产技术。本设计从基础的物料平衡和热平衡计算开始。主要包括以下几部分:电炉炼钢车间设计、连铸设备的选型及计算、炉外精炼设备的选型与工艺布置以及炼钢车间烟气净化系统等。其中电炉炼钢车间设计是本设计的重点与核心。

ABSTRACT:The design of the main task is to design a batch of 85 million tons of electric furnace steelmaking workshop. Using high power electric arc furnace50t, in turn use after LF smelting furnace and the VD furnace refining, finally get billet caster in use. The main production of Q235 alloy steel tube, and in the design process into scrap steel preheating, eccentric furnace bottom, water-cooled hang the steel slag furnace wall, are relatively popular production technology. This design from basic material balance and thermal equilibrium calculation begin. Mainly includes the following several parts: Steel-making Plant Design,casting equipment selection and calculation, refining outside the furnace equipment selection and process arrangement and steelmaking workshop flue gas purification system, etc. Among them is the design of electric furnace steelmaking workshop with the design emphasis of core.
