摘 要:燃煤发电厂锅炉所排放的炉底渣及干灰(统称粉煤灰)已作为一种资源被开发利用,并以商品的形式进入市场,气力输送电厂的干灰(或炉底渣)已被广泛应用,并取得明显的经济效益和社会效益。
在国内燃煤发电厂中,有的从国外引进型式众多的气力输送系统及其设备,有的则使用通过合资方式、利用国外技术生产的气力输送系统及其设备。但在实际工程应用中,也仍存在一些问题,如输送系统考核指标达不到设计要求,输送系统及其设备故障率较高,设备及其输送管道磨损严重等。
本文根据某燃煤发电厂的基础数据,进行设计计算,完成合理的设备选型和系统布置,设计一套低速栓状流气力输送系统,并绘制低速栓状流气力输送系统图。为电厂粉煤灰输送系统的可靠运行提供保证。

Abstract:The emissions of coal-fired power plant boiler furnace bottom slag and dry ash (collectively referred to as fly ash) has been utilization as a resource, and in the form of goods entering the market, pneumatic conveying of dry ash in power plant (or furnace bottom slag) have been widely applied, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
In the coal-fired power plants in china, some of them are imported from abroad large type of pneumatic conveying systems and equipment, while others were used by means of joint venture production of pneumatic conveying systems, access to foreign technology and its equipment. But in practical engineering applications, there are still some problems, such as conveyor system assessment indexes do not meet design requirements, conveyor systems and equipment failure , equipment and pipeline wear such as serious.
In this article, according to the basic data of a coal-fired power plant, I equipment selection and completion of a reasonable system layout and design a low-speed plug-like flow pneumatic conveying systems by design calculations. And I draw low-speed plug-like flow diagram pneumatic conveying system. For the power plant fly ash conveying system to guarantee reliable operation.
