摘要:民营企业已成为民营经济中重要的组成部分。民营企业在发展中,其部门和员工间存在的问题会导致企业的执行力得不到有效的提高。由于员工自身素质的原因导致工作没有明确的目标,工作态度差,办事效率不高等问题;而在一个部门没有优秀的领导,部门内就没有优秀的团队以及有效的激励机制,这些都是限制着民营企业执行力提高的重要因素。所以许多民营企业在发展中早已开始强调绩效管理体系的改革,民营企业通过对绩效管理体系的研究,注重民营企业战略目标的制定,战略目标的分解,绩效的监督和评价,绩效考核结果的运用等方面的研究,去完善民营企业绩效管理体系来提高民营企业的执行力。使得民营企业员工有个良好的工作态度和责任心,提高了员工的工作效率;部门可以组建优秀的团队和建立有效的激励机制,提高部门的工作业绩。通过对绩效管理体系的研究,不仅使民营企业有了高效的绩效管理体系,而且让员工和部门的执行力得到了提高,从而提高了民营企业的执行力。

Abstract:Private enterprise has become an important component of private economy. In the development of private enterprises, problems in the departments and staff causes execution of the enterprise not effectively improved.
