摘要:进入21世纪以来,企业间的竞争日趋激烈,竞争已经由原来的产品竞争、技术竞争、管理竞争,发展为人才竞争。伴随着知识经济时代的到来,知识已逐渐成为企业最基本的生产要素,知识资本越来越取代货币资本而成为企业最重要的资本。因此,掌握知识的知识型员工也逐渐成为企业的核心资源。如何高效率地利用这种资源,充分发挥知识型员工的作用,关键就在于如何建立起科学有效的知识型员工激励和约束机制。其中,最核心最敏感的问题就是知识型员工的薪酬激励问题。
论文通过对知识型员工的薪酬激励现状和问题的研究,结合薪酬、激励的相关知识点,分析知识型员工的特点,来研究知识型员工薪酬激励问题。论文中提出了目前不足之处的解决措施,以及解决问题时的注意点。最后总结出知识型员工薪酬激励研究的重要。

Abstract:Since the beginning of the 21st century, competition among enterprises is becoming fierce. The competition has developmented from product competition, technology competition, management competition, into the competition of talent. With the era of knowledge economy coming, knowledge has gradually become the most basic factors of production in the enterprise. Intellectual capital has replaced money-capital to become the most important capital. Therefore, workers who is equipped with the knowledge has become core resources of company. How to make efficient use of resources and give full play to the role of knowledge workers, the key is how to establish a scientific and effective incentive and restraint mechanisms for knowledge workers. Among them, the core and the most sensitive issue is the incentive of compensation problems of knowledge workers.
In this paper, with the survey of the knowledge workers compensation incentive status and effect, combined with the knowledge of salary and incentive, , we can analysis the characteristics of knowledge-based of employees, to explore the knowledge-based staff remuneration incentive model. Then the company can improve their working efficiency and stimulate their enthusiasm. Finally I will sum up the importance of studying knowledge workers pay incentive model.
