摘要:人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,中小企业必须重视人力资源管理,提升企业的竞争力,进一步完善现有的人力资源管理制度。而激励是人力资源的重要内容,激励是企业将其远大理想转化为具体事实的手段,合理科学的员工激励策略对内关系到能否调动员工的积极性和合理控制企业的人力成本,对外则关系到企业在市场上的地位,以及能否留住和引进更多员工。所以想长久发展的企业必须建立自己的有效激励体系。
本文首先阐述了中小企业激励策略研究背景和意义;其次在对激励理论认知的基础上,从激励理论的角度出发,设计了员工工作满意度调查问卷,对多少(北京)商务服务有限公司(以下简称北京多少公司)员工进行工作满意度问卷调查,并分析了问卷的调查结果,提出了北京多少公司员工激励制度存在问题。最后,根据存在的问题制定出了相应的激励策略,使其能够更大程度地吸引人才,激励员工,从而形成一套良好的激励机制,增强中小私营企业的综合竞争力。

Abstract:Human resources are strategic resources for the modern enterprise, small and medium-sized enterprises must pay attention to human resources management, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, to further improve the existing management system of human resources. And incentive is an important content of manpower resource, incentive is the lofty ideal into specific means of facts, reasonable scientific staff incentive strategy internally to arouse the enthusiasm of the employees and the reasonable control of the enterprises, foreign labor cost is related to enterprise position in the market, and can keep and introduce more staff. So think long development enterprises must establish their effective incentive system.
Firstly it explains the strategy of encouraging SMEs to the background and significance;
Secondly, on the basis of cognitive motivation theory, motivation theory from the perspective of the design of employee job satisfaction questionnaire, the number of (Beijing) Business Service Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to Beijing the number of company) employees job satisfaction survey, and analysis of the questionnaire survey results, the number of employees in Beijing incentive system problems. Finally, the problems according to the corresponding incentive to develop strategies to enable them to attract greater talent motivate employees, to form a good incentive mechanism, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of small and medium private enterprises.

本论文力求在充分吸收他人研究成果的基础上,以定性研究为主,以定量分析为辅,对本课题进行一次创新研究。论文前面一些部分主要是在理论层次上导入激励的概念和激励理论的一些传统思想。论文以一个企业为例进行分析,把从实践中总结出来的激励思想和规律,再反过来指导企业的管理实践。因此笔者在论述中,企图将理论研究和实际运用结合起来。调查、整理、归纳的方法。通过中小企业管理现状以及员工需求、心理趋向等有关资料进行收集、整理和分析,以使论文论据丰富充实,使全文脉络清晰、严谨又不失生动。
