摘要:近些年来,随着以方便、快捷、舒适和廉价为优势的快捷酒店异军突起,整个酒店行业发展方向有了前所未有的改变,以往的“星级”酒店已经不再是消费者们的主要选择方向。这几年经济型快捷酒店犹如雨后春笋,迅速崛起,受到很多商旅客人的青睐,并快速在酒店市场中占着无可动摇的地位。
现今经济型酒店以便捷实惠的优势成为酒店业发展最快的子行业和新一轮的投资热点,且有着广阔的发展空间。本文通过浅谈经济型酒店竞争力,分析经济型酒店的发展现状,认识制约经济型酒店核心竞争力的因素,探讨培育和塑造核心竞争力,使经济型酒店企业更进一步发展。

Abstract:In recent years, with the sudden emergence of convenient, fast, comfortable and affordable advantages Inn, the direction of development of the entire hotel industry has been unprecedented change, "star" hotel is no longer the main direction of the consumers. 入世后,将有更多外放饭店管理集团进军中国,更多外资投入经济型酒店。而众多外资酒店和外方酒店管理集团的大幅度进入将会导成为制约饭店发展的“瓶颈”,我国经济型酒店人才供给短缺,必将掀起新一轮的人才大战。如何采取有效地措施稳定本酒店现有的骨干和专业人才,以及培训更多的酒店优秀人才,已经成为经济型酒店关注的焦点和必须认真对待的问题。因此,经济型酒店核心竞争力的提升应重点从人力资源角度出发,完善以人为本的人才资源管理,提高服务质量以满足顾客需求。同时注重企业文化,树立企业的核心价值观,提高经济性酒店的管理水平、硬件档次和经营能力。
