摘要:随着社会经济和人类文明的发展,人们对房产品的需求已经不在满足于能遮风挡雨,而更加注重房产品消费过程的绿色化。因此,满足人们需要的房地产绿色营销也就应运而生。然而,受各方面条件的制约,房地产企业在实施绿色营销的同时也正面临着许多问题。本文通过结合盐城市的具体情况,分析盐城市房地产企业在实施绿色营销中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,使得盐城市房地产绿色营销得到良好发展,实现经济的可持续发展。

房产品作为人们的生活必须品,同时也是带动经济增长的主要支柱之一。因此,房地产行业实施绿色营销是房地产企业的必然选择。房地产绿色营销与传统的营销相比,其更加注重对自然环境的影响,是以保护自然资源为前提的营销模式。注重人和自然的和谐发展,最终能实现可持续发展。
近几年,随着房地产营销活动的深入,个别房地产企业引进了绿色营销的理念,与实践相结合,创造了许多成功的案例。但是由于我国目前经济发展水平等的限制,相应的理论不足,法律法规不够完善,使得房地产绿色营销存在着许多的问题,制约了房地产绿营销的发展。因此,房地产企业必须努力解决这些问题,才能实现真正意义上的绿色营销,实现人与自然的和谐相处。
