摘要:员工帮助计划(employee assistance program,简称EAP)是组织提供的,旨在帮助员工解决可能影响其工作表现和健康问题的多种策略的整合。随着时代的进步,生活节奏加快,企业员工和经营管理者都面临着竞争压力、失业危机带来的诸多心理健康问题。企业如何保障企业员工身心健康,调节员工的心理与行为是当今企业界和人力资源管理中的重要课题。西方企业界盛行的员工帮助计划(Employee Assistance Program,简称EAP)作为帮助企业员工解决心理健康问题的重要方法正在得到更为广泛的应用。本文在介绍了EAP历史并分析了其在国内发展现状的基础上,从EAP理论、应用情况等角度分析了中国吸引策略型企业EAP的需求状况,找出了EAP在应用过程中的主要影响因素,对吸引策略型企业实施EAP提出了具有创新性的建议。
本文分为七个部分:第一部分介绍了EAP的概念、内容与操作模式、服务功能,以及吸引策略型企业的概念极其典型代表分析;第二部分介绍了EAP在主要国家和地区的发展现状及带来的启示;第三部分介绍了EAP在中国内地的起源和发展现状;第四部分介绍了EAP在我国吸引策略型企业中的应用情况及存在的问题;第五部分针对第四部分的存在问题提出了相应的解决措施;第六部分,分析了我国吸引策略型企业在运用EAP中应注意到的问题;第七部分做了总结性的阐述。

ABSTRACT:Employee Assistance Program( EAP) is offered by the employer, which aims to find a Solution to the employees. problems affecting their working performance and health. With the society improving and the pace of life speeding up, the employees and the managers have to face the challenge of psychological problems that the competition pressure and unemployment crisis bring. How to ensure the employee's psychological health and adjust their psychology and behavior is an important project in nowadays business circles and human resource management. In Western business circles of the employee assistance program (Employee Assistance Program, referred to as EAP) is an important method to help the employees to solve mental health problems are more widely applied. Based on the introduction of the history of EAP and analyzed the development situation of domestic, from EAP theory, application of China to attract EAP demand strategy enterprise employees, find out the main influencing factors of EAP in the process of application, put forward the innovative suggestions for the strategy of attracting enterprises to implement EAP.
This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part introduces the concept ,history, contents, service function, analysis and concept of strategy of attracting enterprise extremely typical; the second part introduces the development status of EAP in main countries and regions and Its Enlightenment; the third part introduces the origin and development of EAP in China;the fourth part introduce EPA in our attracting strategic enterprise application situation and the existing problems; the fifth part puts forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems in the fourth part; done a summary of the seventh part.
