摘要:21世纪,是知识经济时代,人才成为企业最宝贵的财富,人力资源成为企业获得战略竞争优势的关键因素。目前,企业文化建设与人力资源管理的发展,面临着越来越多的问题和挑战,如何应对这些问题和挑战,推动企业的发展,是企业界迫切需要解决的课题。
本文认为,把发展企业文化和人力资源管理结合起来,增强它们的互动,用企业文化来指导人力资源管理对企业人力资源的获取、控制、培训和激励,将会大大提高人力资源管理的效率,同时也有利于企业文化的完善和发展。基于此本文对企业文化的内涵与作用以及企业人力资源管理的职能进行了阐释,同时分析了企业文化对企业人力资源管理职能的促进与阻碍作用,并进行了企业文化与人力资源管理的的携手共进研究。
通过对二者之间关系的研究,本文发现利用企业文化构建人力资源管理体、利用人力资源管理完善企业文化、建立二者之间的畅通的沟通渠道的方式能够有效的把二者结合,促进二者的共同发展。

ABSTRACT:In twenty-first Century,is the era of knowledge economy,talent is the most valuable wealth of enterprises,human resources become the key factors for enterprises to gain a strategic competitive advantage。At present,the development of enterprise couture development of enterprise culture construction and human resource management,is facing more and more problems and challenges,how to deal with these problems and challenges,promote the development of the enterprise,is the urgent need to address the topic of business.
This paper thinks, the development of enterprise culture and human resource management together,strengthen their interaction,to guide the human resource management of enterprise human resources with enterprise culture acquisition, control, training and motivation,will greatly improve the efficiency of human resource management,but also conducive to the development and perfection of enterprise culture。The function of this paper to the enterprise culture connotation and function as well as the enterprise based on human resource management are explained,at the same time,analysis of the enterprise culture to the enterprise human resources management functions of promoting and blocking effect,and studied together enterprise culture and human resource management.
Through the research on the relationship between the two,this paper found that the building of enterprise culture, human resources management,use the human resource management to improve enterprise culture,establish the two open channels of communication is an efficient way to combine the two,to promote the common development of them.
