摘要:随着我国经济的飞速发展,目前,很多企业都越来越重视人力资源管理,现代企业管理的核心是人力资源管理。人力资源管理从公司的战略发展方向,为公司最大限度地开发和管理人才,促进公司可持续发展并且实现效益。
本文以A公司作为实例,从此公司人力资源管理现状出发,通过问卷调查的方法,针对企业的人力资源管理现状进行调查,并就相关问题进行分析;以客观实际为原则,从问题着手,了解公司现有制度和人力资源管理系统及其各主要环节运行情况,从中分析和研究企业在人力资源管理中出现的问题,并积极探寻解决问题的方法,最终提出解决A公司在人力资源管理中出现问题的具体措施。进一步完善公司的人力资源管理体系,从而达到企业与员工共同发展的目的。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of economy in our country, many enterprises pay more and more attention to human resource management at present, the core of modern enterprise management is human resource management. Human resource managemen would maximiaze the development and management of personnel for the company from the company`s strategic development direction. It would promote the sustainable development of the company and to achieve benefits.
This paper take the A logistics Co.Ltd as an example.Basing on its human resources management present situation ,We have conducted a questionnaire survey for the human resource management and analysed on correlative issues of the company. We must follow the principle of objective and practical to undertand the company's existing corporate culture and human resource management system and its major aspects of the operation. Analysis and research the problems in human resources management in the enterprise and actively explore the countermeasures to solve the problem. Finally we would put forward specific measures to solve the problem in human resource management of A Logistics Co., Ltd. We will further improve the company's human resources management system, so as to achieve the goal of the common development of enterprise and employees.
