摘要:企业员工培训不仅能为企业提供了新的知识信息,而且能从根本上增长员工技能才干,在企业人力资源管理中它是最为重要的人力资源开发,也是比物质资本投资更为重要的人力资本投资。有效的企业员工培训应当是以企业战略为导向、着眼于企业核心需求并充分考虑了员工自我发展需求的全方位、多层次的体系流程。
本文阐述了培训的基本理论,结合XMZ的实际情况分析了XMZ公司目前员工培训的现状及其存在的问题,通过深入分析导致其现状的原因,提出了针对解决其现状的员工培训方案。

ABSTRACT:Staff Training in Enterprises not only be able to provide enterprises with new knowledge and information, but also fundamentally increase employees' skills abilities, it is the most important human resources development in the corporate human resource management and is also more important than physical capital. Effective enterprise training should be based on enterprise strategy as the guidance, focus on core requirements and give full consideration to the employees self development demand of all-round and multi-level system process.
This paper describes the basic theory training combined analysis of the actual situation XMZ company's current training status and problems, through in-depth analysis of the reasons leading to the status quo is proposed for solving the status of its employee training program.

伴随着21世纪知识经济时代的快速发展,国内外企业员工培训在逐步完善的同时也面临着巨大的挑战,特别是对于我国企业,员工培训发展起步晚,虽然中间不断地吸收着国外的先进培训经验,但还是在培训方面存在着众多问题。除此之外,各行各业相似的企业也如雨后春笋般逐渐多了起来,这不仅使得企业产品的竞争越来越激烈,而且对于各行业内的人才要求也越来越高,这就要求了企业必须加大对员工的培训。培训能对企业的人力资源进行优化,保证企业的持续性发展,同时也能通过培训中的双向沟通,增强企业的凝聚力,塑造优秀的企业文化。本文以XMZ公司为例,通过对XMZ员工培训体制现状的分析,找到值得重视的问题及原因,从实现XMZ企业战略目标的目的试着完善现有员工培训体系。
