摘 要:近年来,随着市场经济在我国日益活跃,家族式企业保证经济快速稳健增长、推动产业结构调整、缓解就业压力、促进产业创新等方面发挥着不可代替的作用,经济学家认为,家族式企业与国有大型企业相比,有着先天性的优势,例如企业凝聚力强、稳定度高、企业运营成本较低、发展速度快等等。但是,随着家族企业的规模日益扩大,这种企业模式的弊端也日益暴露,比如家族式管理模式的落后性、“家企不分”所导致的人力资源管理混乱、企业融资困难等问题,这些问题解决不了,家族式企业就难以扩大规模,甚至走向衰落,为此,家族式企业要想能够健康快速的发展,应从以下几个方面入手:改革管理模式,优化人事制度,改善融资环境,从而逐渐由家族式结构向现代化公司制结构转变。
本课题从家族企业目前的经营现状入手,从家族企业产生的历史背景、家族企业在其发展过程中的优势、家族企业在发展过程中所遭遇的瓶颈等方面着手,深入探究家族企业在发展到一定规模后所面临的问题以及应对这些问题的措施,并为家族式企业在未来的发展中提出切实可行的发展方案。

ABSTRACT:In recent years, with the market economy in our country has become increasingly active, family-owned enterprises to ensure fast and steady economic growth, promote industrial restructuring, ease the employment pressure, and promote industrial innovation has played an irreplaceable role, economists believe that family businesses compared with large state-owned enterprises, has congenital advantage, such as enterprise cohesive, high stability, low operating costs, development speed and so on. However, with the increasing size of the family business, this business model is also increasingly exposed the shortcomings, such as family management mode backwardness, "home prices, regardless of" human resources management caused confusion, corporate financing difficulties and other issues, these problems can not be resolved, it is difficult to scale family businesses, or even decline, therefore, family-owned enterprises in order to be able to healthy and rapid development, from the following aspects: change management model, optimizing the personnel system, improve the financing environment, thus gradually from family structure to a modern corporate system structural changes.
This article started from from the historical background of the family business, family business in the course of its development advantages, the family business in the development process bottlenecks encountered in other aspects, in-depth inquiry into the family business in the development of after a certain size, and the problems faced by measures to address these issues and to the development of family business in the future put forward feasible development programs.
