[摘要] 现代社会中,秘书肩负着内外联系、接待来访、沟通协调的重要责任,而这些职责都与秘书语言息息相关。本文就以“秘书工作中的语言技巧”为内容展开研究,以语言技巧在秘书工作中的重要性、语言技巧种类以及掌握这些语言技巧的途径三个方面进行讨论,重点阐述了秘书在工作中应该学会的五大语言技巧。

[Abstract] The Secretary has a tremendous responsibility of communication, reception and coordination in his or her daily work, which inevitably interrelate to the language of secretary. Focusing on “the Language skills of Secretary in work”, it will be analyzed in this thesis in three parts, namely the importance of language of Secretary, types of language skills and how to master such skills; and five language skills that a secretary should master in his or her work.

随着社会的发展和对外经济的繁荣,秘书人员的公务活动也变得更加频繁更加丰富,社会对秘书人员的要求也更加严格。可以说,秘书人员对语言技巧的掌握,决定着秘书工作质量的高低甚至是成败。所以,秘书人员在日常工作中必须熟练掌握语言技巧,只有这样才能显示出秘书的工作能力,才能展示出单位的良好形象,才能真正地成为一名优秀的能说会道会写的秘书人员。
