摘要:秘书,在我国是政府机关、企事业单位普遍设置的一种行政职位;在世界范围内是最广泛的社会职业之一,对社会的发展起着重要的作用。纵观国内外对秘书性别差异的研究,秘书职业女性化已成为了一种趋势。然而,这一趋势的形成是由社会、经济、文化等因素综合推动的,本文正是从女性的角度分析秘书职业的优劣及与领导、同事的相处对策。我国自改革开放以来,社会不断发展,经济、政治、文化等方面也不断的与时俱进,女秘书从业人员正是在这样的一种大环境下出现并不断地扩大。作为女秘书,她们在工作过程中既有优点,也有缺点。她们的社交语言优势、亲和力的外表、耐心细致的性格使她们更能胜任秘书工作;女性自身的生理及心理又会给工作带来不便,以及社会传统观念和现代社会对秘书的认知偏差对女秘书工作都造成一定的消极影响。因此,我们应该加强女秘书自身内涵的培养,扬长避短,使她们的专业知识水平和实践技能水平跟上社会发展的要求。

Abstract:Secretary, in our country is generally set the position of a kind of administration in the government organs, enterprises and institutions;in the worldwide is one of the most extensive social career, plays an important role on the development of society. Throughout the domestic and foreign research on secretary of gender differences, the secretary professional women have become a trend. However, the formation of this trend is driven by social, economic and cultural factors such as comprehensive, this article is the analysis from the perspective of female secretary professional quality and leadership and colleagues to get along with countermeasures.In our country since reform and opening up, social development, economic, political, cultural and other aspects are constantly advancing with The Times, female secretary workers, it is in this kind of environment appeared and continually expanding. As a female secretary, they in the process of job has both advantages and disadvantages as well. Their social language advantage, appearance of affinity, patience and meticulous character to make them more competent for secretarial work; Women's physiological and psychological will work to bring inconvenience, as well as the social traditional ideas and modern social to the secretary of cognitive biases caused certain negative influence to female secretary work. Therefore, we should strengthen the cultivation of female secretary itself connotation, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, make their professional knowledge and practical skills levels keep up with the requirements of social development.
