摘要:改革开放后,我国建筑业无论从建造技术还是建造规模来说都得到迅猛发展。在提出以经济建设为中心的战略发展方针之后,国内建筑市场急速膨胀,由于发展过于迅速以及早期从业者的专业水平限制,在之前,相关从业管理者并没有能够很好的做到科学化管理,“经验派”居多,实行粗放式管理。经过几十年的发展,目前国内建筑市场日趋饱和,竞争加大,随着国家各种硬性指标的出台,对于建筑施工要求越来越细、越来越高,使得建筑企业利润空间越来越低,经营压力大大增加。在市场经济的大环境下,为获取尽可能多的利润,继续在行业内生存下去,各建筑企业在注重开发新市场的同时,也开始注重在建筑施工中各个环节的科学化管理,但具体实施效果难尽人意。
本文研究建筑企业物资供应方案。以重庆建工集团第九建设有限公司作为研究对象,从该公司物资供应的现状入手,首先通过该公司某工地一段时间的钢材供应记录以及对应产生的成本来说明该公司物资供应管理现状,然后对第九建设有限公司物资供应管理进行相关分析与设计;提出通过对于管理信息系统的优化,人员的管理、考核与培训,运作体系的改造以及工作人员职能职责的改造一方面实现对于现有系统的优化,另一方面开辟了一条对于建筑工程项目质量监管的新思路。

ABSTRACT:Construction industry in China after the reform ,whether from construction technology or construction of scale have been developing rapidly . After presenting the development principle of taking economic construction as the center, China's domestic construction market to expand rapidly, because development too fast and professional practitioners associated with early in China, before the relevant working managers could not very well to achieve scientific management, "empiricism" is the extensive management. After decades of development, the current domestic construction market becoming saturated, competition intensified, with rigid index all has, for the construction demands more and more detailed, more and more high, the construction enterprise profit space more and more low, operating pressure increased significantly. In a market economy environment, the profit as much as possible to obtain, to survive in the industry, the construction enterprises to pay attention to the development of new market while, also begin to pay attention to the scientific management of each link in building construction, but the specific implementation effect is not satisfied.
This paper studies construction enterprise material supply plan. The Chongqing Construction Group ninth construction limited company as the research object, from the current situation of the company supplies, first produced by a construction site of the company for a period of time the supply of steel records and the corresponding cost to illustrate the material supply management present situation, and then correlation analysis and design of the ninth construction company material supply management. Put forward by through the optimization of management information system, personnel management, appraisal and training, transformation function and duty transformation operation system as well as the staff of the hand to realize the optimization of the existing system, on the other hand, opens up a new approach for construction project quality supervision
