摘要:随着改革开放30年的发展,国内电信行业发展迅猛,在国民经济中的地位日益举足轻重。但由于用户规模的扩大和企业经营成本的降低,电信运营商的战略定位、产品等的同质化,近年兴起的网络经济对国内电信运营商带来巨大的冲击,不可避免给电信运营商带来系列问题,如市场的成熟导致增长速度的放缓、市场竞争环境的加剧,利润逐渐淡薄,机构日渐臃肿等,这很大程度削弱电信运营商的企业运营的效率,加大与国际优秀电信运营商的差距。解决这些问题的关键点之一是企业实施知识管理,通过整合企业知识资源,优化内部资源配置,降低运营成本,推动企业的经营水平的提升,以获得更好的经济效益。本文介绍了知识管理的相关概念,给出了我国企业实施知识管理的现状,存在的问题,并且分析了产生问题的原因,并给出了相应的对策,并拿移动广东公司作为案例加以阐述。

Abstract: With the reform and opening up 30 years of development, the domestic telecommunication industry is developing rapidly, increasingly in the position in national economy play a decisive role. But because the user scale and enterprises to reduce operating costs, telecom operators strategic positioning, product homogenization, rising in recent years, network economy on domestic telecom operators to bring the huge impact, inevitable to the telecom operators have a series of problems, such as the maturity of the market led to the slowdown in the rate of growth, market competition environment aggravate, profit is decreasing gradually, orgnaization overstaffed, which greatly weakened the telecommunication operation business enterprise operation efficiency, increase and excellent international telecom operators gap. To solve these problems is one of the key point of knowledge management of enterprises, through the integration of enterprise knowledge resource, optimize the allocation of internal resources, reduce operating costs, promote enterprise management level, in order to obtain better economic benefit. This paper introduces the concepts of knowledge management, has given our country enterprise implementing knowledge management present situation, existing problems, and analyzes the causes of the problems, and gives the corresponding countermeasures, and get the Mobile Guangdong Corporation as the case to elaborate.
