摘要:国际金融危机的爆发,使世界经济大幅下滑,市场需求严重萎缩,对我国的外贸业务带来了前所未有的挑战。以订单为中心,利润为目的的外贸企业来说,外贸业务团队就是企业征战商场的先锋队,业务团队的绩效就是企业绩效和利润的来源。文章针对相关的问题,以文献研究和实地调查进行实证研究,结合人力资源管理和绩效考核的专业知识,以平衡记分卡的思路,探讨外贸业务团队绩效考核方法,并提出自己的建议。

Abstract:The outbreak of the international financial crisis, plunge the world economy, the market demand for a serious recession, China's foreign trade has brought unprecedented challenges. Foreign trade enterprises is basis on purchase order and profit, foreign trade team is the vanguard of enterprises in business, business team's performance is the enterprises’ performance and profits. Against the issues, articles related to the literature research and field surveys, and combined with professional knowledge of human resource management and performance evaluation. Articles use the idea of the balanced scorecard to explore the foreign trade business team performance assessment methods, and put forward own proposals.

绩效考核仅仅是绩效管理的一个环节,对于外贸业务团队来说,建立合理的绩效考核指标,可以使管理者清晰了解直接创造公司价值的团队的工作情况,及时发现经营管理中存在的问题并采取行动,促进团队的绩效的改进。平衡记分卡是目前绩效考核中比较先进也比较合理的一种方法,但是它也存在一些问题,尤其是在中国企业的应用中。毕竟这是在国外文化背景和社会背景中诞生的理论,在肯定它的同时也要充分考虑自身的实际情况,这可能需要一个长期磨合和调整的过程。
