摘要:全球经济发展趋势要求企业必须联合上下游企业建立战略合作伙伴关系,实现采购、供应、销售等环节的供应链管理,提高企业的敏捷性,才能快速响应市场需求。我们知道采购管理是零售企业所有管理中最为重要的环节,也是经营的源头且贯穿经营全过程,更是连锁经营的核心环节。采购管理的好与坏不仅关系到连锁零售企业运营成本能否降低,而且还直接关系到零售企业的盈利情况,最终关系到企业的核心竞争力。
本文以大型零售企业家乐福为研究对象,研究家乐福零售企业的采购策略。文章先在阐述零售企业的产生、特征、发展历程和发展趋势的基础上,结合连锁零售企业工作实际,对连锁零售企业采购管理进行深入系统的分析和研究,运用供应链管理下采购的基本理论分析家乐福企业现有的采购市场环境,实施供应链管理战略管理采购,明确供应链管理在提升企业核心采购业务,优化采购,降低采购成本,化解企业未来风险,提高企业竞争能力的作用。通过对供应链伙伴的选择和战略合作关系的建设,来保证供应链的效率和效益,从而分析家乐福大型连锁超级市场的供应链采购流程,找出可发展空间。

Abstract:The global trend of economic development enterprises must be united on the upstream and downstream enterprises to establish strategic cooperative partnership, procurement supply marketing and other aspects of supply chain management, improve, enterprise agility in order to respond quickly to market demand. We know that purchasing management is the most important aspects of the retail business management is also a source of business and throughout the operation of the whole process, is the core part of the chain operations. Good or bad is not only related to the procurement management ways to reduce operating costs of the retail chain enterprise but also directly related to the profitability of the retail business, and ultimately relate -d to the company's core competitiveness.
In this paper, large-scale retail enterprise, Carrefour is the research object, the procurement strategy of Carrefour retail business. The article first described the generation of the retail business, on the basis of the characteristics, development and trends of the actual work of the retail enterprises, in-depth analysis and research on the chain retail enterprise purchasing management the use of the basic theory of supply chain management procurement analysis of the existing Carrefour corporate procurement market environment, the implementation of supply chain management strategic management of procurement, clear supply chain management to enhance costs to resolve the future risk, and improve the role of the competitiveness of enterprises. Choice of supply chain partners and strategic partnership building to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain, analysis of the Carrefour large supermarket chains and supply chain procurement process to identify areas for development of space.
