摘要:东莞玩具产业是经济全球化的产物,在我国玩具出口中扮演着重要的角色。但是,由于以OEM生产方式为主,导致利润率很低,处于国际玩具产业链的底端,议价能力低。加之在当前全球经济危机的大环境下,美国和欧盟对玩具的技术贸易壁垒不断增加等外部环境恶化,使之陷入困境。本文分析了造成东莞玩具制造业经营困难的内在外在原因,并从企业自身、外部市场及政府政策等层面提出了生产高品质玩具、打造东莞玩具区域品牌、走质量效益型发展道路、构建合理人才结构、积极拓展两个市场、联手动漫产业、调整玩具出口策略、发展民间小额贷款公司等对策。

Abstract:Dongguan toy industry is a product of economic globalization, plays an important role in China's toy exports. However, due mainly to OEM production, resulting in low profit margins, at the bottom of the international toy industry chain, low bargaining power. And Environment of the current global economic crisis, the U.S. and EU technical barriers to trade toys constantly deteriorating external environment, to make trouble. This paper analyzes the external and internal reasons to cause the difficulties of Dongguan toy manufacturing business, from the level of their own, outside markets and government policies to put forward its response to the relevant Strategy.

东莞玩具业的发展代表了中国制造业的一种现象,那就是,一方面“中国制造”已经成为整个世界都无法忽视的力量;另一方面,因为品质缺失、缺乏自主品牌和创新意识而变得“人微言轻”,甚至成为一些外国政客和机构为了达到某种目的而妖魔化的最好标靶。面对“玩具被召回”事件的打击及金融风暴的冲击,东莞玩具业想要在国际市场中占有一席之地,就要在工艺、质量、创新、品牌各个方面打上自己独特的烙印,切实推行“以质取胜”战略,保证出口产品质量,增强环保意识;提高技术水平,增强核心竞争力;加强自主创新能力,打造自主品牌,只有这样,才能找到属于自己的发展空间。
