摘要:随着绿色环保,可持续发展的观念不断深入国人的意识中,逆向物流的发展前景倍受关注,本文针对废旧家电日益增多,却苦无合理回收处理方式等原因,为顺丰速运(集团)有限公司设计出废旧家电逆向物流的经营策略。废旧家电逆向物流这一业务在国内实属罕见,也没有专门的物流公司提供这一专业业务服务,所以此项业务服务会给顺丰带来无限商机。
本文提出两个设计方案,第一是顺丰通过与家电企业合作,将属于此家电品牌的废旧家电从最终消费者处回收,将其送往家电企业自建的回收处理厂;第二,与专业的电器回收处理厂合作。本文通过设计此两个方案,为最终客户,合作伙伴提供废旧家电逆向物流的业务服务,为环保事业也做一份努力。

Abstract:With the concept of green environment protection and sustainable development go deep into ours consciousness, the prospects for the development of reverse logistics attract more attention. Due to the increase in discarded appliance, but have no reasonable way to recycle them, so I design a new business strategy of discarded appliance reverse logistics for SF. I found that the business of discarded appliance reverse logistics is rare in China, and there is no specialized logistics company to provide this business, so this business will bring huge commercial opportunities and enhance SF's competitiveness. This paper presents two schemes, the first is the SF has cooperation with the household electrical appliance enterprises, than recycle the discarded appliance from the final consumer which belong to this appliance brand, and transport them to this electrical appliance enterprise’s recycling plant. The second is coordinate with professional appliances recycling plant. Through these two schemes, provide the reverse logistics of discarded appliance business services for the end customer and partners. And also made a cause of environmental protection efforts.

顺丰速运(集团)有限公司通过开发废旧家电逆向物流这一业务,增加自身的营业额,开拓自身的经营范围。在这个尚未被国内物流公司开发的业务,对顺丰公司来说是一个机遇与挑战,从长远来看,绿色环保的观念已经逐渐深入人心,并且涉入到企业中去,一家企业要长远的发展,除了对主营业务要有掌控之外,更应该时刻注意到市场环境的变化,并逐步做出改变,开创出更好的服务业务给大众,提升公司的竞争力;从家电的增长速度来看,每年家电的新增量提高,意味着被淘汰的废旧家电的数量也相应增加,随着“以旧换新”的退出,大众就更需要一个业务将废旧家电的回收再利用的计划进行下去,那以顺丰公司的这个废旧家电逆向物流策略则正合当今形势的走向。国内已经逐渐涌现出家电企业开设回收厂,已经设有回收厂的家电公司有TCL;四川长虹已经出资成立废旧电器电子产品处理公司,松下也计划在中国建造家电回收中心。这些家电回收厂的出现,说明了家电企业的一个变型,不再一味的生产,同时也注重回收再利用。这些家电公司都是顺丰公司废旧家电逆向物流业务的潜在合作伙伴,顺丰公司为其提供逆向物流的业务,发挥物流公司的优势,而这些家电企业则只须注重废旧家电的可用资源的回收提取,或是将其销往二手市场等。
