摘要:随着社会经济的发展,“民工荒”问题越来越受到人们关注。本文通过对现有理论的研究,以“民工荒”问题的现状为切入点进行分析。该现象主要呈现区域性缺失明显,农民工技术、知识水平偏低,以劳动密集型为主的特点。农民工缺乏技术、企业薪资水平过低、企业制度不尽完善、国家“三农”政策的实施成为“民工荒”问题形成的原因。通过以上分析,本文提出以人为本、完善制度、做好保障、加强培训、落实政策、调整策略五个方面的对策建议。

Abstract:With the development of socio-economic, "labor shortage" is more and more important. Through the study of existing theories, this article analysis with the point of the present situation of "labor shortage". The main regional missing obvious, technology, low level of knowledge for migrant workers, mainly for labour-intensive features. Migrant workers ' lack of technical, corporate salaries are too low, enterprise system is not perfect, the national "three agricultures" policy implementation as "labor shortage" cause of the problem. By the above analysis, this article sugests mangers do better on the five suggestions: made people-oriented, perfect the system, security, training, implementation of policies, adjustment policies.

随着社会经济的发展,我国城市化进程的脚步正在不断加快,人民的生活水平得到了大幅提升。与此同时,城乡区域经济问题在日益增多。农村大量剩余劳动力涌入城市,为城市的发展与建设添砖加瓦。社会的进步离不开这些“农民工”,农民工成为我国工业发展过程中的特殊现象。然而,近年来农村剩余劳动力的增加但难以在城市就业的情况屡屡出现,另一方面企业无人可用,出现“民工荒”现象。了解“民工荒”这一问题的现状、特点及形成原因,并结合国内研究情况进行综合分析,可以为企业应对“民工荒”这一问题提出更好的管理策略。
