摘要:伴随着知识经济时代的到来,私营企业的队伍在市场竞争中不断壮大,在我国的中小型私营企业中逐步推行了绩效评估和绩效制度,其中目标管理法作为最有效的激励手段受到了诸多企业及企业管理者、企业领导者的肯定,并予以推广与运用。
本文主要通过四大板块的内容对于“目标管理法”在中小型私营企业绩效评估中的应用进行了阐述:
首先是具体阐述了企业中绩效考核和目标管理法的关系以及在运用时应注意的内容;其次是举出了在中小型私营企业绩效评估中一些典型的目标管理法的应用;三,总结一些中小型企业在运用这些制度时产生的典型问题;最后是针对企业可能存在的问题所提出的一些改善中小型私营企业运用目标管理法进行绩效评估时需要的几点方法。

Abstract:With the arrival of knowledge-based economy, private enterprise team in market competition, the growing and small and medium-sized private enterprises in China gradually in pushing the performance evaluation and performance, including target system of law as the most effective incentive means many enterprise performance by the enterprise managers, business leaders and make sure, promotion and application. This paper mainly through four parts for "target in the administration" and small and medium-sized private enterprise performance evaluation discussed:
First is elaborated specifically enterprise performance evaluation and goals of the administration and the relationship between the attention in use content; Second is cited in small and medium-sized private enterprises in the performance evaluation of the administration's goal of some typical application; Three, summarizes some small and medium-sized enterprises produced when using these system; the typical problems Finally is aimed at enterprise possible problems of the proposed some improvements to the administration used targets and small and medium-sized private enterprises are required for the performance evaluation of several methods.
