ABSTRACT:In recent years, China's media reports on the "strain" increasingly, the resurgence in deep concern of "fatigue" problem. Although studies of problems has been underway for decades, but on "homework fatigue" and some basic problems and the core problem and haven't been solved very well, cause more and more health problems and accidents. In recent years. With the rapid development of food processing enterprises, industrial workers homework fatigue has become a prominent problem. A food processing enterprise as an example, based on Kunming around food processing packaging homework problems in the process, from the perspective of people because of engineering study, grasp the operator fatigue situation, to explore and factors influencing the food packaging workers work fatigue. Mainly through methods such as observation method, questionnaire survey, the enterprise internal plant color, lighting and space problems such as field investigation. On this basis, from prevention and to alleviate fatigue, improve color and lighting design and improving operation space this several aspects put forward the corresponding improvement measures. Select this topic, this study carried out based on the homework fatigue of human factors engineering research, aimed at reducing the body fatigue to ensure safe production and improve working efficiency, and promote the improvement of working environment, the industry for food processing enterprises to carry out on-site for improvement provides a methodology to support, to ensure the employee's occupational safety and health.
