摘要:本实验以金银花为原料,采用有机溶剂乙醇提取金银花中的多酚,研究料液比、温度、时间、乙醇浓度对金银花中多酚的提取的影响,金银花中多酚提取的最佳条件为:料液比1:50,温度50℃,乙醇浓度为60%,此条件下金银花中多酚的提取量为42.2318mg/g。利用高效液相色谱法测定金银花种多酚的组成,发现金银花中多酚类物质有儿茶素、对羟基苯甲酸、表儿茶素、绿原酸、芦丁。用滤纸圆片法对金银花中的多酚进行抑菌性试验,研究其对枯草芽孢杆菌和醋酸杆菌的抑菌效果。枯草芽孢杆菌的最大抑菌圈直径为5.5mm,最小抑菌浓度为0.2g/L。醋酸杆菌的最大抑菌圈直径为6mm,最小抑菌浓度为0.2g/L。

Abstract:In this experiment, the honeysuckle as raw material, the use of organic solvents ethanol extract of honeysuckle polyphenols study solid-liquid ratio, temperature, time, ethanol concentration of honeysuckle in the extraction of polyphenols, honeysuckle polyphenol extracts in the best conditions:solid to liquid ratio 1:50, temperature 50°C, the ethanol concentration of 60%, this condition honeysuckle in the extraction of polyphenols 42.2318mg/g.High performance liquid chromatographic determination of the composition of honeysuckle polyphenols found honeysuckle polyphenols catechin, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, epicatechin, chlorogenic acid, rutin. Honeysuckle polyphenols antibacterial test discs were to study the inhibitory effect of Bacillus subtilis and acetic acid bacteria. Bacillus subtilis maximum inhibition zone diameter of 5.5mm, the minimum inhibitory concentration for the 0.2g/L.The maximum inhibition zone diameter of Acetobacter is 6mm, the minimum inhibitory concentration for the 0.2g/L.
