摘要:本实验采用混菌发酵技术,以信州灵芝、金针菇为出发株,进行单独培养和混菌发酵培养,检测灵芝、金针菇单菌和混菌中的营养成分,实验结果表明,灵芝胞内蛋白质含量96.58 mg/Kg,金针菇胞内蛋白质含量87.00 mg/Kg,混菌胞内蛋白质含量160.88 mg/Kg,混菌比灵芝提高了66.58 %,比金针菇提高了84.92 %;灵芝胞外多糖9.80 mg/mL,金针菇胞外多糖8.00 mg/mL,,混菌胞外多糖14.08 mg/mL,比灵芝提高了43.67 %,比金针菇提高了76.00 %。;灵芝胞内锌38.418 µg/g,金针菇胞内锌27.058 µg/g,混菌胞内锌45.606 µg/g;灵芝胞内钙689.1 µg/g,金针菇胞内钙725.9 µg/g,混菌胞内钙908.3 µg/g。混菌发酵胞外蛋白质、锌、钙含量比灵芝、金针菇单独培养明显减少,说明混菌培养基中的营养物质利用率提高。

Abstract:In this study, mixed fermentation technology to Shinshu fungus, mushroom as a starting strain for cultured alone and mixed fermentation culture test fungus, mushroom single strain and mixed bacteria nutrients, experimental results show that Ganoderma intracellular protein content of 96.58 mg/Kg, mushroom intracellular protein content of 87.00 mg / Kg, mixed bacterial intracellular protein content 160.88 mg / Kg, mixed fungus Ganoderma lucidum increased 66.58 percent over than mushroom increased 84.92 percent; Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides 9.80 mg/mL,mushroom exopolysaccharides8.00 mg/mL,mixed bacterial extracellular polysaccharide 14.08 mg /mL,increased43.67% than fungus, mushroom increased 76.00% than that.;Ganoderma intracellular zinc38.418μg/g,mushroom intracellular zinc 27.058 μg/g, mixed bacterial intracellular zinc45.606μg/g;Ganoderma intracellular calcium 689.1 μg/g, mushroom intracellular calcium725.9μg/g, mixed with intracellular bacteria calcium 908.3 μg/g. Mixed fermentation extracellular protein, zinc, calcium content than the fungus, mushroom cultivation alone significantly reduced, indicating mixed bacterial culture medium nutrient utilization.
