摘要:目的:研究不同浓度的杏鲍菇粗多糖对体外的抗氧化活性。方法:将杏鲍菇子实体粉末用热水浸提,乙醇沉淀的方法,从杏鲍菇中提取粗多糖。通过对还原力的测定、对羟基自由基清除率的测定、对DPPH自由基清除的测定、以及小鼠肝线粒体肿胀度的测定,从而对杏鲍菇的粗多糖进行了抗氧化活性的研究。结果:通过实验发现,杏鲍菇粗多糖具有一定的抗氧化活性,与杏鲍菇粗多糖浓度大致成正比。

Abstract: Objective: Study the in vitro antioxidant activity of impurity polysaccharide from Pleurotus eryngii of different concentrations. Method:Soak the Apricot bao GuZi entity powder with hot water ,and extracting the impurity polysaccharides from Pleurotus eryngii in the way of Alcohol precipitation.Through measuring the Reducing Power , Hydroxyl radicals clearance , Free radical scavenging DPPH and Hepatic mitochondria swelling degree in mice , we may do research on the antioxidant activity of the impurity polysaccharides from Pleurotus eryngii.Consequence : According to the experiment,we can find that the impurity polysaccharides from Pleurotus eryngii has certain antioxidant activity. In addition,with the increase of impurity polysaccharide concentration,the antioxidant activity of impurity polysaccharides from Pleurotus eryngii has becoming strong gradually.

杏鲍菇多糖具有抗衰老、抗肿瘤、对肝脏有一定的抗损伤作用[4,5]。然而,关于食用真菌多糖提取工艺的研究有很多包括:传统工艺有热水浸提法、稀酸浸提法、稀碱浸提法等;新工艺有酶法、超声波辅助法、微波辅助浸提法、超滤法等。其中,热水浸提法最为经典,以其工艺简单,成本低,易于推广等特点为人们所接受[6]。
如今,杏鲍菇粗多糖提取体外抗氧化实验的研究报道较少。而在本篇毕业论文中,通过对杏鲍菇多糖的粗提进行四个体外抗氧化试验,为以后更全面的研究杏鲍菇抗氧化性活力的测定提供直观的数据,更为杏鲍菇多糖的开发提供参考。
