摘 要
本文通过实验研究不同剂量紫外线照射对刺芫荽(Eryngium foetidum L.)植株生长情况、黄酮含量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(Phenylalanine ammonialyase, PAL)活性的影响。实验采用紫外灯(功率90 w)设置不同的照射时间(0、30、60、90、120、150和180 min)来诱变刺芫荽幼苗。经大棚培育后分析其植株外部生理指标、叶绿素含量、总黄酮含量和PAL活性。结果表明:(1)处理后鲜重、全长、叶长、叶片数和叶宽低于对照组;(2)叶绿素含量在30、60、90、120和150 min处理组显著高于对照组,在180 min处理组低于对照组;(3)处理后照射剂量为90 min的刺芫荽总黄酮含量显著高于对照组;(4)处理后刺芫荽PAL活性在90 min处理组最高,在150和180 min处理组低于对照组。实验结果表明一定剂量的紫外线照射处理显著提高了刺芫荽植株的黄酮含量,但照射剂量较高时则降低了刺芫荽植株的黄酮含量。

ABSTRACT
This article through experimental study on different dosage ultraviolet irradiation on Eryngium foetidum L, and it is phenylalanine ammonialyase activeness and flavanone content influence. The experiment uses the ultraviolet radiation (power 90 w) to establish the different irradiation time (0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 min) and induces mutation Eryngium foetidum L, sativum seedling. After greenhouse cultivation analyzes the growth condition, the plant exterior physiology target, the total flavanone content, the chlorophyll content and the PAL activity. The result indicated: (1) Fresh weight, leaf length, plant length, the number of leaves, and the blade width is suppressed. (2) The process time in 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 min chlorophyll content obviously is higher than the control group. (3) After the processing, the exposure dose in 90 min thorn Eryngium foetidum L, total flavanone content is higher than the control group. (4) The PAL activeness is highest in 90 min processing; receive in 150 and 180 min processing suppresses is lower than the control group. The showing certain dosage's ultraviolet radiation processes to Eryngium foetidum L, flavanone content has stable or the rise function, but high dosage performance for inhibitory action.
